Electric Basil from Bone Lick BBQ
Happy St Patrick’s Day! How fun to celebrate the day with this delicious cocktail from Bone Lick BBQ that is not only green, but great for spring. The Electric Basil is a signature cocktail at Bone Lick BBQ that is coming back to the menu for the spring season at the end of March. It was created by Mike LaSage, Owner and BBQ Pitmaster of both locations of Bone Lick BBQ – Edgewood and Westside.
Electric Basil: The Recipe
1.5 oz Gin
Basil-Honey infused Simple Syrup
2 ts Lemon Juice
Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a tall glass, add a splash of soda water, shake until frothy. Stir to combine and pour over ice.
