I love that it is topped with Prosecco, rather than a typical club soda mixer. Pick your favorite red vino and fruits that are in season to make this special treat all your own.

Torres Sangria: The Recipe

Torres Sangria

Red Wine
Peach Schnapps
Brandy
Simple Syrup
Fresh Fruit
Prosecco
Combine red wine, with peach schnapps, brandy, simple syrup and fresh fruit over ice. Top with Prosecco. Stir to combine and pour over ice.

 

 

 

About MAYA

We visited MAYA on a recent date night. I adored the classic but comfortable feel. White tablecloths juxtapose the refurbished-looking wood on the walls. The floors are stone, and large heavy draperies and glass-panel doors divide the spaces within the restaurant Dim lights, a charming interior design, delicious food and a romantic ambiance make MAYA a premium date night restaurant.

In addition to an upscale menu available Monday through Saturday, MAYA Steaks and Seafood, has recently started offering half off all appetizers at the bar area from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Additionally, MAYA also offers one of the best wine deals outside of the perimeter, half off ALL wine bottles from their premium selection, available on Thursdays.

Lastly, in addition to the wine deal, starting this week, MAYA will also have live flamenco music playing every Thursday night from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. to sooth patrons and new comers alike.
