Not quite ready to let go of summer break? The beloved (and mercifully indoor) Atlanta tradition, the Coca-Cola Summer Film Festival at the Fox Theatre, is still going strong, with plenty of opportunities for movie days and movie nights with the family in August and September.
This year’s lineup is filled with what one might call “recent classics.” Most exciting of all is the chance to see all eight of the Harry Potter films–in celebration of the book series’ 20th anniversary–under the starry skies of this Atlanta landmark. If you’re feeling ambitious, a ticket package for all 8 screenings is available.
After the three-day Harry Potter series, round out the festival with a Beauty and the Beast (animated version) sing-a-long, which the princess-lovers in your life are sure to adore!
We also recommend advantage of the movie tours of the Fox offered before select screenings for an additional fee. Because of the nature, duration, and terrain of the tours, these are not recommended for those under age 7, and not all tour spots are ADA compliant.
