Museum artifacts you can touch
Railroad artifacts from the Museum’s extensive archive collection will be on display for you to hold, touch, and learn about. Cool!
10 Model Train Layouts
Athens Bend Track returns this year in a combined effort with South Carolina Bend Track to create a massive N-Scale layout in the Cobb Energy Gallery. Other models include N-scale to O-gauge to Garden and more, including an operating LEGO model train!
More than Models
There will be other activities at the event, including a LEGO Play & Build area, a take-home craft for kids, and tables where you can explore historic train and railroad objects.
Live Music and BBQ
Live railroad music will be performed throughout the event by a variety of local bluegrass bands. The Nest BBQ in Kennesaw will have barbecue for sale on the front lawn of the museum.
